Computer Graphics 2016 is pleased to invites scientists, researchers, educators, professionals, practitioners, Animators, graphic designers, software developers, artists and students to exchange ideas and be informed about the latest technologies and achievements.   We welcome papers describing advanced prototypes, systems, tools and techniques as well as general survey papers indicating future directions are also encouraged.
